Clinical Room for Hire

A spacious, modern clinical room is available for hire within the practice office suite. The room is bright, professional and welcoming, with glass partitioning, its own heating and cooling, and flexible setup options for therapy, assessment, parent meetings, supervision or small group work.

 

Room features include:

- Large therapy table

- Child-sized table

- Adult and child-sized chairs

- Floor cushion, cushions and beanbag

- Access to a wide range of therapy resources, activities and games

- Printing and Wi-Fi included

- Access to a desk in the wider office space if needed

 

This space would suit a speech pathologist, occupational therapist, psychologist, counsellor, educator, tutor, behaviour support practitioner, developmental therapist or other allied health professional.

 

One-off room hire is welcome, as well as ongoing weekly bookings. Good availability and reasonable rental rates as follows;

 - Hourly hire: $30 + GST per hour

- Three-hour block: $75 + GST

- Full day hire, up to 8 hours: $175 + GST per day

- Regular full-day booking (minimum 10 week booking): $150 + GST per day, by agreement

- Other arrangements: by written agreement

 

Consultative support for clients requiring specialist AAC intervention is also available while hiring the clinical room (additional fees apply).
